Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data VOXDATA S.A. collects through voxdata.ec, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights under Ecuador’s Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP).

Data we collect

  • Contact and quote forms: name, company, email, phone, city, ticket or contract number (support only) and the information you write about your project.
  • WhatsApp and email: the data you send us through those channels.
  • Browsing: anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type). We do not use tracking cookies or identify visitors.
  • Security: to protect our forms against spam, Cloudflare Turnstile analyses technical browser signals. We do not use that data for any other purpose.

We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include it in your messages.

What we use it for

  • Answering your enquiry, preparing quotes and following up on your project.
  • Handling customer support requests.
  • Improving the website based on aggregated statistics.

The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps or the performance of a contract you have with us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer your data. Only providers delivering technical services on our behalf are involved:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting and spam protection (Turnstile).
  • Email hosting provider: receiving form messages in our mailboxes.

Some of these providers process data outside Ecuador, with adequate protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if you become a customer, for the duration of the business relationship and any period required by law. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification and update, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@voxdata.ec with your name and the right you wish to exercise; we will reply within the time limits set by the LOPDP.

If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you can contact Ecuador’s Superintendency of Personal Data Protection.

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown on this page.
