Challenge

Deliver the electrical and electronic systems of a building under construction, with approvals from the Quito electric utility and the Fire Department, coordinated with the other trades.

What we did

  • Medium-voltage service entrance and 550 kVA transformer room, approved by the Quito electric utility (EEQ).
  • Busways rated 650 to 1,250 A, already installed.
  • 1,500 A automatic transfer switch and 11 EEQ-approved meter panels.
  • Around 4,300 outlets and 2,500 lighting points.
  • Design and implementation of CCTV (72 cameras), access control, Wi-Fi 6 (12 access points) and fire detection, with plans approved by the Fire Department.
